Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Foundation
of Northern California, Inc.
General Purposes:

The Corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.

Specific Purposes:

The specific purpose of the corporation is to promote knowledge and understanding of allergies, asthma, and clinical immunology through advocacy and education, and to do all such things permitted by the California Nonprofit Corporation Law as are incidental or conducive to the above purpose.
